Upon receiving such communication, we reserve the right to remove the material, block access to the material, or deactivate all material links; inform the violated party that we have removed or blocked access to the discussed material; and ultimately provide access and use of Mercury services to each user or third-party provider who has infringed on Mercury's or others' intellectual property, or violated our terms of use or guidelines.
